Celebrating 100 Years of Scouting
The Boy Scouts of America's 100th anniversary represents much more than a date on the calendar. It represents is an important milestone around which to reintroduce Scouting to America – to celebrate our rich heritage and to reinforce the important role Scouting will play in shaping our country's future.
Scouting is as vital and relevant today as it was when our journey began.
Help us celebrate! If you are—or were—a Scout, family member of a Scout, BSA volunteer, or just someone who Scouting has positively impacted, you’re invited. There are a number of opportunities for you to take part in our once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
To place an order for A Year of Celebration, A Century of Making a Difference patches and ribbons, please use the Record Scorecard. No order can be placed without filling in a Record Scorecard form. This information is needed to track all the great work and service being done around the country by Scouts. Remember, the person earning each patch ribbon must complete a minimum of three (3) of the five (5) requirements in each category. They may want to complete all five (5) or even four (4) of the five (5), but they must complete at least three (3). Complete the online Record Scorecard form and click submit. Be sure to print a copy of the order form and bring the order form to the Gerace Service Center Scout Shop.
