Chili Dinner Summer Camp 2012 Promotion Kick-Off

This complimentary dinner invitation is for ALL registered leaders (Cub Scout, Boy Scout, & Venturing), Senior Patrol Leaders, OA members, and any other youth and adults involved in your unit’s summer camp planning. Chili Dinner programs covered will include: Boy Scout Summer Camp programs at Camp Rotary & Paul Bunyan Scout Reservation, LHAC Cub Scout camping & other Council outdoor & training opportunities.

Brad Murray, Director of Camping, will be on hand with members of the Camp Rotary & PBSR staff to meet and greet you and also conduct individual break-out sessions to roll-out the 2012 Summer Camp program information for each camp. There will also be an informational break-out session for all those interested in Cub Scout Camping opportunities in 2012 lead by the LHAC Cub Scout Program Committee.

You can pick up your 2012 Summer Camp packets including your Leader Guides, camp program schedules, and more! Come early and experience the Program Midway. Volunteers will be on hand to pass out information and answer questions about National Youth Leadership Training, Okpik, Wood Badge, Venturing, & the Order of the Arrow to name a few!

The location is Camp Rotary, Social Hour Begins at 6:00 pm, Chili Served at 6:30 pm, Program Runs 7:00 - 8:30 pm.
